Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, there's a 1-hour minimum per visit. After that, we bill in 15-minute increments to keep it fair and accurate.
What kinds of jobs does that include?
Almost everything: ✔ Minor plumbing & electrical ✔ Furniture assembly ✔ TV mounting ✔ Door & window repair ✔ Patchwork, shelves, blinds, hardware installs, and more. If it's not a major renovation or something requiring permits, we handle it.
Are materials included in the rate?
No, materials are separate. We can use what you provide or source them for you. Materials sourced by Brico are billed at cost + 20% handling fee to cover time, transport and coordination. Itemized receipts are provided for all material purchases.
